When it comes to \nquality, depending on the industry, there are so many meanings. It can \nbe defined as a measure \/grade of excellence, superiority of kind or the\n most common meaning which is fitness for purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are so many drivers for quality such as customer, \nproduct\/service, employee & organization and quality can be measured\n in many different categories such as business, management, products \n& etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality is conditional, perceptual & it differs depending on \ncircumstances and perceptions. For example, quality is a different \nconcept in terms of products against quality for services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As someone with business background, I define quality as per below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Outside:<\/strong> which refers to customers or clients and \nto me it is to meet customer expectations, to delight them and my goal \nalways will be to exceed the expectation.<\/li>
  2. Within the company:<\/strong> \n
    • Employee to the Company<\/strong>: To me it is to be \nreliable, dependable, proactive, and loyal & always move to positive\n direction. Always deliver and try to achieve zero target deviation \n& in terms of management is to take care of my team in a way that \nthey won\u2019t worry about anything except than focusing on their tasks and \ndeliverables. Creating safe and positive environment & to be a great\n leader and example.<\/li>
    • Company to the Employee: <\/strong>I believe that the \nquality focused companies are the ones that set clear expectation toward\n the employees, Value the capacity and talent and invest on it, \nmonitoring everything & every level, promote within and celebrate \nthe victories.<\/li><\/ul> \n <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

       Of course when you ask different people about the meaning of \nquality, there will be so many different answers but I truly believe, \nregardless of the answers, quality must be an ongoing process and it \nshould be considered as a continues improvement no matter what & we \nall must trust that the lack of quality has a strategic impact on the \norganization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
